Kelly is a choreographer and master class teacher who serves on several fine arts boards and whose studio was deemed "One of the four most successful studios in America" by Dancer Magazine. Kelly's non-profit Dance Company has performed internationally in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Minsk and Moscow. Kelly is a national award winning choreographer whose work can be seen in various television commercials and theatre productions. She is a staff member of numerous dance conventions and competitions and recently has become an author. Kelly's articles can be seen in Dancer Magazine, The GoldRush and Cheerleading Dance and Drill Magazine. She has also written "Aspiring Dreamz, Goal Setting for Dancers" and "The Broken Doll", a ballet in production.
The Dance Center is under the direction of Rachel A. Park. Rachel began her dance training at the age of three and has studied at many different dance centers throughout New England and Pennsylvania. Rachel majored in dance at Dean College and earned her Associates of Arts Degree, graduating with high honors. Training included Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Musical Theater and Voice. While at Dean she became a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Dean Dance Company and the Musical Theater Ensemble. Rachel is certified by test to teach through the Dance Teacher's Club of Boston, of which she remains an active member. She continues to improve and enhance the training offered at the Rachel Park Dance Center by attending curriculum courses, workshops, conventions and master classes. In the past, Rachel enjoyed volunteering as a dance instructor at the Boys and Girls Club of Taunton. In addition to serving as owner and Artistic Director of the Rachel Park Dance Center and Middleborough Youth Ballet. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a local animal shelter and considers herself a true animal advocate!
With more than 20 years of experience in dance education , the Rachel Park Dance Center provides top quality instruction to all students. Our team of instructors have extensive knowledge in working with children of all ages. Many are college graduates and hold degrees in the Arts. Others are college students and former students who have graduated from our teacher’s assistant training program. They are motivated by their love of dance and the passion to transfer their knowledge and skills to others so their creativity and talent can shine.

Erica grew up in Rhode Island and began her dance training at the age of three. She graduated from Plymouth State University in 2016 with a Small Business Entrepreneurship degree and Dance Pedagogy minor. During her time at PSU, she worked with several professional guest artists and performed some of their works. She also trained and performed with the Contemporary Dance Ensemble and Dance Team. Erica served as captain, treasurer and choreographer of the dance team. Her passion for teaching developed through the pedagogy curriculum, and through volunteering to offer workshops around New Hampshire. Erica has been teaching dance in various settings and has recently performed at Shaker Village in New Hampshire, Plymouth State University and Green Street Studios in Cambridge, MA. She has also choreographed musicals for children, including "Elf Jr", Seussical Kids" and "Grease: School Edition".
Instructor - Hip Hop
Bobbi is a recent graduate of Middleboro High School and is currently entering her second year at Bridgewater State University, majoring in Biology. She received her dance training at the Rachel Park Dance Center and served as an assistant/substitute teacher. She was also a member of the dance center's competition team. During her four years at Middleboro High School, Bobbi participated in Student Council, Cross Country and Track, Choir and performed in several school musicals. Dance has always been a huge part of her life and she has studied all styles. However, Hip Hop has always remained her true passion!
Substitute Teacher & Office Staff
Stephanie is a recent graduate of Middleboro High School and is currently entering her second year at Bridgewater State University, majoring in Elementary and Special Education. She received her dance training at the Rachel Park Dance Center and was a member of the competition team for seven years. Stephanie also served as a teacher's assistant. While attending Middleboro High School, she volunteered her time as a choreographer for many school productions and was a member of the orchestra. She is currently a choreographer and dance coach at the Burtwood School of Performing Arts and works as an intern at the Extended School Year Program at the Memorial Early Childhood Center. Stephanie has studied all styles of dance, but she has always had a passion for Ballet!
Instructor - Preschool, Primary, Ballet & Pointe
Michele is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor's Degree in Theater and Dance. While attending the University of New Hampshire she performed with the UNH Dance Company and the Seacoast Ballet Company. She received her earlier training with Marylou Cunningham, Director of the Hanover School of Ballet, and went on to study with Jose Mateo's Ballet Theater of Boston and School of Boston Ballet. Michele has attended summer programs at STEPS with the late David Howard and American Dance Festival at Duke University. Michele has performed leading roles in Ballet Theater's Nutcracker, as well as many of Jose Mateo's original works.
Michele is EEC certified and has worked with infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers at Children's World Training Center in Norwell and Pilgrim Pre-School in Duxbury. She has taught Creative Movement , Ballet and Tap at Dance Workshop of Hanover and Ballet Theater of Boston.
Instructor - Jazz, Tap & Competition Team
Anne-Marie is a graduate of SUNY where she received her B.A. in Performing Arts. She has had the pleasure of performing in Italy, Philadelphia, Long Island and Manhattan with a professional dance company. Anne-Marie taught children throughout the New York Metropolitan area and Georgia before moving to Massachusetts. She has been on the faculty at several other dance centers in New England and enjoys teaching dance at the Middleborough Elementary School Sharp Program during the summer. She is currently a substitute teacher for the Bridgewater/Raynham school district. Anne-Marie resides in Middleborough and has been an active member of the Middleborough MOMS Club.
Cathryn is a 2020 graduate of Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art and a minor in Art History. She is an alumni of the Rachel Park Dance Center, having started dance at the age of 4 and participating in classes of all styles as well as performing as a member of the competition team until her 2016 high school graduation. She also served as an assistant dance instructor at RPDC for many years. Cathryn continued to dance in college, performing in both student and faculty choreographed showcases, and studying dance styles ranging from Ballet, Tap and Jazz to Modern and Improvisation. She is excited to return to the studio as both a substitute teacher and part time office staff.
